Aden Women's Long Insulated Raincoat

The Long Aden is a Helly Hansen® classic. Its clean, Scandinavian-style design makes it a very wearable jacket, while the foldable hood can be hidden for an even more streamlined look and total protection. The insulated version incorporates all the practical features of Helly Hansen®: it is waterproof, windproof and breathable to keep you dry, and has PrimaLoft® insulation that provides warmth on the coldest days. An ideal garment for the changes of season.

Care instructions: Close zippers before washing. Do not use fabric softener. Quickly remove from the washing machine. Dry the garment in the dryer to reactivate the water-repellent treatment. Dry the garment in the dryer until completely dry. Wash dark colors separately.

Returns

The customer will have 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return.

To be able to make a return, the item must be unused and with the tags attached. In the case of footwear, in its original and unworn box. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

FREE returns in store.

Refunds

Once the return is received at our offices, we will review and check the condition of the product and immediately refund the amount of the returned product through the same payment system used by the customer to purchase it.

Shipping

With the package already prepared, you have two options:

Find a courier point and make the return on your own. The return will have to be made to the address that we specify below:

Through home collection. UNIXENCE sends you a courier to the address you provide us to pick up your package. The cost of this service will be €4,95, which will be deducted from the refund amount of the product to be returned. If you want this option, once you have requested the return on the website of the item you want to return, detail this option in the "Add a message" section.

- This second option is only available for orders placed in Spain. Orders placed in Portugal, France, Italy or Germany must be paid for by the buyer (option 1).

Item change

If you want to exchange an item for another size or color you will have to contact our Customer Service department, writing an email (pedidos@unixence.com) or Whatsapp (+34 607 825 894) with all the information about the order and garments that you want to change.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping the return of the product to our offices. Once we have received the product, we will proceed to send the product again with the corresponding size or color in which we will take care of the home delivery, including the orders that do not exceed the minimum free shipping amount.
