Returns and refunds

The customer will have 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return:

  • Returns must be accepted by UNIXENCE SPORTS ENTERPRISE.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, without having been manipulated or damaged or altered.
  • The shipping costs caused by the return of the product are always borne by the buyer, regardless of having exceeded the amount of free shipping.
  • Only, UNIXENCE SPORTS ENTERPRISE will be responsible for the return shipment for defective products or errors made by the company. In all other cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
  • FREE returns in store. (Street General Diaz Porlier 16, 28001, Madrid)

Once the return is received at our offices, we will review and check the condition of the product and immediately refund the amount of the returned product through the same payment system used by the customer to purchase it.

Important! If you receive a defective product, you must contact us urgently so that we can manage the incident.

 

How to request a refund?

In order to proceed with the return, please follow the instructions below:

  • Log in to your profile.
  • Go to "My account".
  • Go to "History and details of my orders".
  • Once there, click on "Go to return form", select the product to return and write a comment explaining why you are returning the product.
  • Once you have completed this process, you will receive an email with a PDF of the product to be returned, which you should put inside your box or bag, go to the nearest courier company and send the product. (We remind you that the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer). Or FREE return in store. (Calle General Diaz Porlier 16, 28001, Madrid).

 

Shipping

With the package already prepared, you have two options:

  1. Find a courier point and make the return on your own. We recommend that you inform yourself of the shipping costs in different courier companies so that you can find the most comfortable and efficient service for your return. The return will have to be made to the address that we specify below:
    • UNIXENCE SPORTS ENTERPRISE, S.L. Calle General Díaz Porlier, 16. 28001 Madrid - Madrid.
  2. Through home collection. UNIXENCE sends you a courier to the address you provide us to pick up your package. The cost of this service will be €4,95, which will be deducted from the refund amount of the product to be returned. If you want this option, once you have requested the return on the website of the item you want to return, detail this option in the "Add a message" section or send us an email to pedidos@unixence.com. You must inform the time range in which you want your package to be picked up with a minimum of 2 hours.
    • This option is only available for orders placed in Spain. Orders placed in Portugal, France, Italy or Germany must be paid for by the buyer (option 1).

 

I want to exchange an item for another size or color, how do I do it?

If you want to exchange an item for another size or color you will have to contact our Customer Service department, writing an email (pedidos@unixence.com) or Whatsapp (+34 607 825 894) with all the information about the order and garments that you want to change.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping the return of the product to our offices. Once we have received the product, we will proceed to send the product again with the corresponding size or color in which we will take care of the home delivery, including the orders that do not exceed the minimum free shipping amount.

 

How much and when will I receive my refund?

The refund will be for the full price of the returned product. The amount of €4,95 will be deducted from the total price of the product, in the case of having contracted our home courier service.

Once we receive the return in our warehouse, we will review the condition of the product and proceed to refund the price of the returned product.

UNIXENCE SPORTS ENTERPRISE reserves the right not to make the refund in the case of detecting that the product has not been returned in the same conditions in which it was sent.

The amount of the return will be paid within a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt and verification of the status of the product.
