ORDERS

 

How do I know what my size is?

Under each product you will find a section called Size guide with all the measurements.

If it is still not clear to you, do not hesitate to contact us at info@unixence.com or via Whatsapp at 607 825 894. You can also call us at our telephone number 914 533 570 / 607 825 894 during our hours (Monday-Friday 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)

 

What payment methods can I use?

We offer different payment methods, always in a safe and secure way.

Payment can be made by Credit or Debit card, PayPal and Bizum.

 

Can I modify the data or products of my order?

Changes can be made to shipping information or items as long as the order has not been shipped. To do this, write to us as soon as possible at pedidos@unixence.com, call us at 914 533 570 / 607 825 894 or via Whatsapp at 607 825 894 so we can help you.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, there is no problem canceling your order and we will refund the full amount.

If your order has been prepared and shipped, it cannot be canceled and you will have to process a return.

 

How can I know that the order has been placed correctly?

After completing the purchase process, an order confirmation will appear on your screen with all the details of your purchase, your shipping address and the items you have chosen. Please print or save your order confirmation as proof.

You will also receive an order confirmation by email which will be proof that we have received your order. (Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly in order to send you the order confirmation).

SHIPMENTS

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our delivery time is between 24/48h to Spain and 48/72h to Portugal.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed from the first business day.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we ship only to Spain and Portugal.

 

How can I track my order?

We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped. Once it is picked up by the transport company, you will receive an email or text message with all the information regarding the shipment.

In your email you will find the tracking number, with which you will be able to know at all times where your order is and manage the delivery.

 

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are €3.99 throughout Spain and Portugal. If your order is over €60, shipping costs will be free.

Remember that if you make changes or returns, even if your order has exceeded €60, the customer will also be responsible for the costs of changes or returns.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Can changes and returns be made?

Yes, changes and returns can be made as long as it is done within the allowed period (30 days).

How long does it take to make an exchange or return?

Once the request is received, our customer service will assist you as quickly as possible to analyze the case.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that returned products arrive in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box or bag in which the order was received. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.

The costs associated with changes or returns are borne by the buyer.

How can I see what I have in my shopping basket?

To view the contents of your shopping basket, click on the basket icon located at the top right of your screen.

 
How can I change the quantity of an item in the basket?

First you must click on the basket icon located on the top right of your screen. This allows you to see all the items you have chosen and the quantities you want of each product. To change the quantity of a particular item, change the quantity that appears in the "quantity" box and choose the quantity you want. Once you have made the change, you will see that the price of the item changes proportionally.

 
How can I remove an item from the cart?

First you must click on the basket icon located on the top right of your screen. This allows you to see all the items you have chosen and the quantities you want of each product. To delete a particular article, click on the button that appears simulating a trash can.

 
Why is it that if I add a product to the shopping cart that is available, it is no longer available at the end of the purchase?

The availability of products on the web is constantly changing and reflects the situation in real time. Adding an item to your shopping basket does not guarantee that it will be reserved for you, as other customers may have purchased it while you were browsing the web. At the moment the payment process has been completed, the product is reserved for you.
