Made from velvety suede, these versatile platform clogs feature a style that goes with anything. The rotating heel strap design makes this a 2-in-1 model: wear it as a heel strap or over the instep for a trendy look. The ultralight sole provides cushioning and firmness all day long. The sole of this product is a SugarSole™ sole, a responsible compound with sugar cane foam that allows us to reduce dependence on fossil fuels by replacing ethylene derived from petroleum, or a Treadlite by UGG™ sole.

Shipping and returns policy

Returns

The customer will have 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return.

To be able to make a return, the item must be unused and with the tags attached. In the case of footwear, in its original and unworn box. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

FREE returns in store.

Refunds

Once the return is received at our offices, we will review and check the condition of the product and immediately refund the amount of the returned product through the same payment system used by the customer to purchase it.

Shipping

With the package already prepared, you have two options:

Find a courier point and make the return on your own. The return will have to be made to the address that we specify below:
- UNIXENCE SPORTS ENTERPRISE, S.L. Calle General Díaz Porlier, 16. 28001 - Madrid
Through home collection. UNIXENCE sends you a courier to the address you provide us to pick up your package. The cost of this service will be €4,95, which will be deducted from the refund amount of the product to be returned. If you want this option, once you have requested the return on the website of the item you want to return, detail this option in the "Add a message" section.

- This second option is only available for orders placed in Spain. Orders placed in Portugal, France, Italy or Germany must be paid for by the buyer (option 1).

Item change

If you want to exchange an item for another size or color you will have to contact our Customer Service department, writing an email (pedidos@unixence.com) or Whatsapp (+34 607 825 894) with all the information about the order and garments that you want to change.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping the return of the product to our offices. Once we have received the product, we will proceed to send the product again with the corresponding size or color in which we will take care of the home delivery, including the orders that do not exceed the minimum free shipping amount.
