Orders in Spain (Peninsula): Delivery in 24/72 hours (working days) for orders placed before 12:00pm.

Orders in Portugal: Delivery in 48/72 hours (working days): for orders placed before 12:00pm.

Orders in the rest of Europe: Delivery in 2-7 days (working days): for orders placed before 12:00pm.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

- Spain (Peninsula): GLS: €4.95. Free shipping on orders over €90.

- Portugal: GLS: €5.95. Free shipping on orders over €90.

- Italy: GLS: €13.95. Free shipping on orders over €250.

- Germany: GLS: €11.95. Free shipping on orders over €250.

- France: GLS: €13.95. Free shipping on orders over €250.

- Netherlands: GLS: €13.95. Free shipping on orders over €250.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order. We offer three return options:

- Free in-store returns.

- Home pickup: It costs €4.95, which will be deducted from the price of the returned product. (This option is only available for orders placed in Spain and Portugal.)

- Delivery to a GLS office: It costs €4.95, which will be deducted from the price of the returned product. (This option is only available for orders placed in Spain and Portugal.)

- Return at own expense: You can choose the courier service you prefer and cover the shipping costs. (For orders placed outside of Spain, this option will be the only one available.)
