At Unixence we ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Italy, Germany, France and the Netherlands.

  

Shipping Times

Below are the estimated delivery times:*

• National Orders (Peninsular Spain): 24 to 72 business hours for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.
• National Orders (Balearic Islands): 48 to 72 business hours for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.
• International Orders (Portugal, Italy, Germany, France and the Netherlands): Between 2 and 7 business days for orders placed before 12:00 p.m., depending on the destination.

📌 Delivery times may be affected under certain circumstances, such as Black Friday. We recommend checking the estimated delivery date in your cart before completing your purchase.

🏠 Home Delivery

• Before finalizing your purchase, indicates the exact address where you wish to receive your order.
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, Don't worry! → You will be able to choose a Parcel Shop nearby to pick it up whenever it suits you best.

📍 Delivery to Parcel Shop

• Would you rather pick it up yourself?
  → Select the Parcel Shop more convenient when you receive the email from GLS. 
• Just follow the instructions in the GLS email and choose the collection point that suits you best. 
• Your order will be ready to pick up when you decide to go through it.

 

Important:

Important information about the delivery of your order:

• ❌ If the delivery fails several times either You do not pick up the package at the requested Parcel Shop:
  → The package will be automatically returned to our facilities. 
• 💸 In that case:
  → You must assume the shipping costs again so we can resend it to you, even if your order exceeded the minimum amount for free shipping. 
• 🔁 If you prefer the return instead of forwarding:
  → We will refund you the order amount, but minus shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of our GLS delivery agency so you can check the status of the shipment.

 

Changes to the Shipping Address

If you wish to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possibleIf the package has already been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to the address.
