At Unixence we ship to Spain (Peninsula), Portugal, Italy, Germany, France and the Netherlands.

  

🚚 Estimated delivery times

Domestic orders (Peninsular Spain):
🕒 Between 24/72 working hours for orders placed before 12:00 pm.

International Orders:
🕒 Between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination, for orders placed before 12:00 pm.

📌 Delivery times may be affected during periods of high demand such as Black Friday, sales, or special promotions.

 

Shipping Method

🚚 Delivery options available with GLS:

🏠 Home Delivery

  • Before finalizing your purchase, Please provide the exact address. where you want to receive your order.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, you will be able to choose a Parcel Shop nearby to pick up your order.

📍 Delivery to Parcel Shop

  • TOUpon receiving the tracking email from GLS, you will be able to select the most convenient collection point.
  • RPick up your order whenever it's most convenient for you. It will remain available for a few days.

 

❗ Important delivery information:

  • If the order It is not delivered after several attempts. either It is not collected at the Parcel ShopThe package will be automatically returned to our facilities.

Then:

  • You can request a new shipment, but you will need to assume the shipping costseven if your original order had free shipping.
  • If you prefer a refund, it will be issued. discounting initial shipping costs.

 

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of our GLS delivery agency so you can check the shipment status.

 

📝 Changes to the Shipping Address

If you wish to change the shipping address after placing your order, please Contact us as soon as possibleIf the package has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes to the address.
