We offer different payment methods, always in a safe and secure manner.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card and PayPal.
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, there is no problem in cancelling your order and we will refund the full amount.
If your order has been prepared and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to process a return.
After completing the purchase process, you will see an order confirmation on your screen with all the details of your purchase, your shipping address and the items you have chosen. Please print or save your order confirmation as proof.
You will also receive an order confirmation by email which will be proof that we have received your order. (Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly so that we can send you the order confirmation.)

Shipping
Shipping takes between 1 and 5 days depending on the destination. You can check it on our shipping information page: https://unixence.com/policies/shipping-policy
Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be processed from the first working day.
We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped. Once it is collected by the transport company (GLS), you will receive an email or text message with all the information regarding the shipment.
You will find the tracking number in your email, which will allow you to know at all times where your order is and manage the delivery.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Spain: €3.99 up to €60 free shipping (only Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
- France: €12.95
- Germany: €10.95
- Italy: €13.95
- Portugal: €5.95
Remember that if you make changes or returns, even if your order has exceeded €60, the customer will also be responsible for the costs of changes or returns.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, changes and returns can be made as long as they are done within the permitted period (30 calendar days).

Once your request has been received, our customer service team will respond to you as quickly as possible to analyze the case.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that returned products arrive in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box or bag in which the order was received. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested refund.
The costs associated with changes or returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shopping Cart
To see what has been added to your shopping cart, you need to click on the cart icon at the top of the website. There you will be able to see the added products with their quantities.
First you need to click on the basket icon located at the top right of your screen. This allows you to see all the items you have chosen and the quantities you want of each product. To change the quantity of a particular item, change the quantity listed in the "quantity" box and choose the quantity you want. Once you have made the change, you will see that the price of the item changes proportionally.

Product availability on the website is constantly changing and reflects the real-time situation. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee that it will be reserved for you, as other customers may have purchased it while you were browsing the website. Once the payment process has been completed, the product is reserved for you.
Newsletter
In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data and the right to object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, you can unsubscribe directly from the emails, at the bottom of the page, using the "Unsubscribe" button.
