We offer a variety of payment methods, always secure and protected.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal, and Klarna.
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, there is no problem canceling your order and we will refund the full amount.
If your order has been prepared and shipped, it cannot be canceled and you will need to process a return.
After completing the purchase process, an order confirmation will appear on your screen with all the details of your purchase, your shipping address, and the items you have selected. Please print or save your order confirmation as proof.
You will also receive an order confirmation email as proof that we have received your order. (Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly so we can send you the order confirmation.) We recommend checking your Spam and Junk folders if you do not receive anything.

Shipments
Shipping takes between 1 and 5 days depending on the destination.
- Orders in Spain (Peninsula): Delivery within 24/72 hours (working days) for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.
- Orders in Spain (Balearic Islands): Delivery within 48/72 hours (working days) for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.
- Orders in Portugal: Delivery within 48/72 hours (working days): for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.
- Orders in Italy: Delivery in 3-5 days (working days): for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.
- Orders in Germany: Delivery within 3-5 days (working days): for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.
- Orders in France: Delivery within 3-5 days (working days): for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.
*These delivery times may be affected in some cases. Remember to check the estimated delivery date in your basket.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the first business day.
We will notify you by email when your order has shipped. Once it's picked up by the shipping company (GLS), you'll receive an email or text message with all the shipping information.
In your email, you'll find the tracking number, which will allow you to track your order at all times and manage its delivery.
Shipping rates are as follows:
Spain: €4.95 up to €90 free shipping (Peninsula), €6.95 Balearic Islands.
- Remember that if you make exchanges or returns, even if your order exceeds €90, the customer will also be responsible for the exchange or return costs.
Portugal: 5,95€
Italy: €13.95
Germany: €10.95
France: €12.95
Netherlands: €13.95
- Free shipping on orders over €250 outside of Spain.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, exchanges and returns can be made as long as they are done within the permitted time frame (30 calendar days from the date of purchase).

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will respond as quickly as possible to review your case.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure the returned products arrive in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box or bag in which the order was received. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested refund.
Costs associated with exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shopping Cart
To see what you've added to your shopping cart, click the cart icon at the top of the website. There you'll see the added products and their quantities.
First, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen. This allows you to see all the items you've selected and the quantities you want for each product. To change the quantity of a particular item, change the quantity shown in the "Quantity" box and choose the quantity you want. Once you've made the change, you'll see the price of the item change proportionally.

Product availability on the website changes constantly and reflects the real-time situation. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee that it will be reserved for you, as other customers may have purchased it while you were browsing the website. Once the payment process is complete, the product is reserved for you.

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, you can unsubscribe directly from the emails, using the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the page.
