The customer will have 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return:
Once the return has been received at our offices, we will review and verify the condition of the product and immediately refund the amount of the returned product using the same payment system used by the customer to purchase the product.
Important! If you receive a defective product, you must contact us urgently so that we can manage the incident.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour, you will need to contact our Customer Service department by writing an email (orders@unixence.com) or WhatsApp (+34 607 825 894) with all the order information (order number or order reference) and the items you wish to exchange.
The buyer will be responsible for returning the product to our offices. Once we have received the product, we will proceed to send the product again in the corresponding size or colour, and we will be responsible for home delivery, even for orders that do not exceed the minimum amount for free shipping.
The refund will be for the full price of the returned product. An amount of €4.95 will be deducted from the total price of the product, if you have contracted our home delivery service.
Once we receive the return in our warehouse, we will review the condition of the product and proceed to refund the price of the returned product.
UNIXENCE SPORTS ENTERPRISE reserves the right not to refund if it detects that the product has not been returned in the same condition in which it was sent.
The refund amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt and verification of the condition of the product.
